Kimberly Pagel, BS, RD, LD “I love what our program stands for. We are here to serve the public and do so by providing families with the tools they need to make healthy choices. It’s very rewarding to know you’ve made a difference in someone’s life”.
Kimberly attended Texas State University, in San Marcos, Texas, and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences- Nutrition and Foods. She later completed her Dietetic Internship with the Texas Department of State Health Services and received accreditation with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and holds a license to practice as a Registered Dietitian. She is also licensed with the Texas State of board of Examiners of Dietitians.
Kimberly has worked with the Victoria County Public Health Department- WIC Program for 16 years. It is there that she strives to uphold the principles of Community Health through the management of the WIC Program. She is a member of the Texas Association of Local WIC Directors and serves on several committees that focus on improving the day-to-day operations of WIC to provide better service to all participants.
